Vule Žurić
Vule Žurić was born in Sarajevo in 1969.
Books published:
Collections of short stories: "Umri muški" (1991), "Dvije godine samoće" (1995), "U krevetu sa Madonom" (1998), "Valceri i snošaji" (2001) and 'Mulijin muž" (2003)
Novels: "Blagi dani zatim prođu" (2001), "Rinfuz" (2003), "Tigrero' (2005), "Crne ćurke i druga knjiga crnih ćurki" (2006) and "Mrtve brave" (2008).
Broadcast radio-dramas: "Omča od hartije" (life and death of Bora Stanković), "Čovek bez peripetija" (dedicated to the memory of Milan Rakić), and "Ostrvo Uskoković" (dedicated to the memory of Milutin Uskoković).
His stories are translated into German, English, Portuguese, Spanish, Greek, Slovenian, Polish and Italian language (a selection of his stories "Strassera a mezziogiorno"/"Večeras u podne" is published in Italy, Edizzioni Tagete).
He lives in Pančevo near Belgrade, Serbia.
